Using the Shopping Cart

The only thing hard about Tapsontap is choosing the products you've warmed to the most!

As you browse through our site, you can simply add the items you like to the Shopping Cart by clicking the "Buy Now" button. You can then continue shopping and decide on your choices later at Check Out.

When you're happy with your selection (and really, how could you not be?), select the "Shopping Cart" button or icon and you'll be shown your current list of selections.

At this point, you can review any choices by clicking on each "Item Name", take another look, and then return to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the "View Cart" or shopping cart icon.

You also have the option to buy multiples of the same item by increasing the quantity shown. Once you do this (either adding or subtracting units), you need to action this by pressing the "Update" button. You can also action the "Remove" button to delete any items when you change your mind.

When you're ready to buy, please click the "Check Out" button.

Check Out

At Check Out your shopping cart will expand to include a Shipping Details and Payment Details Form, where all mandatory fields will need to be completed for your transaction to be processed.

Please fill in all the boxes as labeled. The Comments/Delivery Requirements Field will allow you to instruct us of any specific requirements you may have such as a day or time that is convenient (or inconvenient) for delivery, or just to let us know you can tap dance.

We only accept Mastercard and Visa, but invite you to contact customer support for our BSB details or an alternative method to suit your needs.

If you are paying by card, ensure you provide the correct information including the CVV, which is an added measure for your security and peace of mind.

When all details are complete, click "Check Out".

Any fields that are not filled out will halt the processing of your purchase. You will be instructed to complete these fields to continue.

At this stage, we will process your purchase and provide you with a confirmation email response that you can print and store for your records.

Now all you have to do is sit back, relax and wait for Tapsontap to deliver your new taps, mixers and accessories.
