Payment and Shipping

Tapsontap have developed a simple method of buying online using our Shopping Cart. A secure credit card payment system has been developed for this site, and is used in unison with our Privacy Policy to ensure your safety and privacy.

We also accept payments by cheque and our Customer Service specialists will happily provide you with BSB details. Please note that products will not be released until payment has been received.


All money is in Australian currency and includes GST. All orders for New Zealand will be processed and invoiced less GST.


Shipping is free within Australia and New Zealand

Delivery is to mainland Australia and New Zealand only. Delivery quoted is to any single Australia and New Zealand mainland address only — using a one man delivery to ground floor locations only. Most items are dispatched to the customer within 3-7 working days of your order being received. Where a product is not in stock or is on an extended delivery period we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date.

Parcel deliveries are handled by Australia Post. After placing your order you will receive confirmation by email which will fully detail your order.

All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and price to help complete your order. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. You should NOT arrange fitting any products before receiving and checking the goods.

Return Policy

We will accept return of merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt.

A new replacement part shall be issued once the returned item has been received, as per warranties and conditions.
